SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Sir's Crystal Labyrinth! Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with the best and most reliable service. We carefully package your hand crafted Copper Wrap Crystals, sculpts, and jewelry to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we strive to use the most cost-effective and efficient methods available. Your trust is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible. Due to the fact of each piece being handmade, shipping time is determined on the order that is placed. If the item is a Pre-Made item ordered directly from the site, shipping will be between 7-10 Business days.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Customized items are shipped in seasons due to the time it takes to make each item. (Delivery Season Dates listed below). It is HIGHLY SUGGESTED to order customized pieces 4 months PRIOR to delivery seasons so customized items can be shipped before pieces are needed. ( i.e. You are ordering for a family member who has a birthday in march, Place your order before Fall/Winter season to be able to receive your items in February).

If delivery date falls on the weekend then item will be delivered the next monday.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Sir's Crystal Labyrinth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the fact that each piece is a handcrafted product, we are unable to give refunds. Each item comes with special energy attached and we do not want any changes in your vibration. We offer straightforward options on customization for each item including personalized pieces, giving you the confidence to shop with a peace of mind.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We Offer a lifetime Warranty for all of our pieces. If something happens to your creation, you are more than welcome to send in a request for your piece to be fixed or partial items replaced. To see if you are able to have your item fixed, please send an email to sirslabyrinth@gmail.com with the subject title "CREATION WARRENTY" and you will receive a reply in the order of which your email was received. There is a Fee for each item in need of repairs and will be determined by the severity of the damage.
Please have the following added to your email when sending in your request:
First and Last Name
Order Number
Date when order was placed
Name of Creation
Whether it was a Custom or Pre-Made Piece
Reason for sending item in:
Photo or Video of item and where it needs to be fixed
If the item is fixable, you will be notified on what steps to take next. Items are only replaceable if it is unable to be repaired. Items that need to be replaced will be charged for only the pieces needed to replace said item and not full charge of prior piece. If crystals are needing to be replaced then the crystals would need to be paid for through replacement request in order to fix item. Postage Labels will be sent to you through email Free of charge.
